Tracy Bourgoine

Tracy is passionate about collaboration. She is a lifelong learner and thrives on helping others learn how to be more successful by optimally leveraging tools and processes collaboratively. Tracy is a (Certified Business Analyst Professional) — there are nearly thirty thousand of us globally and growing. She has managed many diverse projects and is currently studying for her PMP exam, as well as a Change Management Specialist certification.

Tracy has spent her career in three distinct industries.
1: Her most recent full-time role was with a global manufacturing business. Here she championed the global adoption of CRM; mastered SharePoint and Teams for collaboration along with Office 365; actively managed many projects from product development to an ERP migration; and developed our simplified business process mapping approach, “SMapping”. It was while here that she also developed her love for Hong Kong and its people.
2: While raising her family she took on a business systems analyst role at a K-12 professional development company. Here she mastered web development, database management, database marketing, business process engineering, and her passion and aptitude for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Her primary role was cross-functionally enabling people and processes with limited tools to meet dynamic business objectives.
3: She spent over a decade in banking, working in all areas of a regional savings bank ending up in data processing in a systems analyst role. This is where her innate curiosity was kindled to always get the whole picture, and to understand the interdependencies between processes and the people executing them. Here is also where she gained her appreciation and aptitude for carefully crafted work instructions.

Tracy is a lifelong New Englander, but loves to travel! She lives in Southern NH with her husband Tim and enjoys hiking, reading, crafting, photography and spending time with friends and family. She has two sons, a grand daughter and another grand child on the way!

Jan Achterhof

Jan’s passion lies in responsibly “fast forwarding” executive strategy through to front line implementation, aligning all teams across an organization by focusing on the desired customer experience. 

Her sales-centric career spans 20 years, and always started with independently identifying and closing top-producing accounts.  She quickly and intuitively evolved her sales rep responsibilities, by identifying the opportunity to “firm up” the very foundation of her sales organizations and moving into senior Sales, Marketing and Operations leadership roles.

She has seen the direct mail industry shift to email and social media, and traditional k12 publishing shift to consulting services and online offerings. She has created and implemented client engagement models for sales teams.  She has defined business needs for IT and Finance teams and managed projects from start to finish.  She measures impact, shares results with executives to formulate strategy, present threats and opportunities.  She engages world-wide staff by setting expectations and providing guidance and resources, empowering them to be most effective and to grow in their role. She listens, identifies need, and provides customers with value propositions they can’t say no to.

Jan is mostly a lifelong New Englander, and also loves to travel. “Family first” rings true, and she has new babies, new loves for her 2 boys, parents back locally, and her beloved grandmother to visit.  She loves the history behind anything, has an eclectic musical taste, dabbles with the idea of picking up her violin again, and most recently is loving consistent yoga and hiking.
